1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation purposes as well as to all related services provided by Hotel Mosella (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”).

2. Conclusion of Contract

The accommodation contract becomes effective upon acceptance of the booking by the Hotel. The services, rates, and conditions stated in the booking confirmation shall be binding.

3. Services, Prices, Payment

3.1 All prices are quoted per room and per night including statutory VAT.

3.2 Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable in full at the latest upon departure without deduction.

3.3 The Hotel is entitled to request a credit card guarantee or advance payment.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in from 2:00 PM.

Check-out until 11:00 AM.

Early arrival or late departure may be possible subject to availability.

5. Guest Cancellation / Individual Bookings (up to 3 rooms)

The conditions of the respective booked rate shall apply.

5.1 Flexible Rate

• Free cancellation up to 2 days prior to arrival (6:00 PM local time), thereafter, 100% of the first night will be charged.

• In case of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.

• A one-time date change is possible subject to availability. Any cancellation fees already incurred will be credited accordingly.

5.2 Non-Refundable Rates

For specially designated promotional or discounted rates, cancellation or modification is not permitted. In such cases, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

6. Group Bookings (more than 3 rooms)

A group booking is defined as a reservation of more than three rooms.

6.1 Deposit

For group bookings, a deposit of 10% of the total booking value is due 21 days prior to arrival.

6.2 Cancellation of Individual Rooms

Individual rooms within the group may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days prior to arrival.

6.3 Cancellation of the Entire Group

• Free cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival.

• Thereafter, 100% of the first night of all booked rooms will be charged.

• In case of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.

7. Early Departure

In the event of early departure, no refund will be granted for unused services.

8. Withdrawal by the Hotel

The Hotel is entitled to withdraw from the contract for objectively justified reasons, in particular in cases of force majeure or if agreed payments are not made on time.

9. Liability

The Hotel shall be liable in accordance with statutory provisions. The legal regulations regarding property brought into the hotel shall apply.

10. Final Provisions

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Hotel. German law shall apply.
